ABOUT ME
After completing qualifications in natural therapies at a young age, and then completing a Bachelor of Social Science in 2015, I was left wanting to be able to combine my passion of natural health and alternative therapies with my interest and knowledge of human behaviour and beliefs, and their social, emotional, and physical needs.
I discovered Reiki during a very personal journey of my own, and found the more I practiced and studied this beautiful healing modality; my health, attitudes, personal outlooks, and overall wellbeing and mindset improved.

Holistic Counselling seemed like a natural progression after Reiki, as many clients experience emotional releases after treatment, and I wanted to be able to support them during this process. Holistic Counselling is client centred, giving the client the power for self exploration and allowing them to pick the tools they connect with on their healing journey.
